Author: Charleigh Rose

Lo
Moving to River’s Edge was supposed to be a fresh start.
Away from chaos.
Away from bad influences and worse relationships.
All I wanted was to give my little brother more of a chance than I ever had.
It should’ve been simple.
I didn’t count on my transgressions following me.
And I definitely didn’t count on meeting Dare.
Tall, tortured, and tattooed.
A Lost Boy through and through.
Falling for someone like him was asking for heartache.
But I was a sucker for punishment.

Dare
I had a routine.
Eat, work, sleep, repeat, only ever doing the bare minimum to keep up appearances.
I kept my circle small and my guard high.
I spent years making sure I didn’t repeat the mistakes of my past, forming an impenetrable layer of ice around my heart.
Then Logan showed up in my town, in my tattoo shop, testing my patience along with my self-control.
She was fire and I was ice.
I should’ve stayed away.
But I had been cold for far too long.

Charleigh Rose has done it again! She utterly stole my heart for the second time (Asher stole it first) and she never gave it back. And I'm totally okay with that. Dare can keep my heart. It's all his.

I loved Dare and Logan's story because they are both characters who are very flawed. They both have pasts that haunt them, but when they are together their pasts are simply that. The past. Nothing else matters when they are together.

Their chemistry is palpable. Their attraction undeniable. Together they are fire and ice.

Dare is cold. Lo is warm. She is the sun. He is the night. She is the light to his darkness. She fills his life with warmth and melts the coldest parts of him. Lo completes Dare in a way no else can.

Lo tames the raging storm inside Dare, and shows him there is a calm to the storm. She is what he has been searching for all his life, but didn't know he needed her until he found her. And once he has her, he can't bring himself to let her go.

Together they are one. *dies*

Overall, I give Bad Intentions 5 stars!
