Release Blitz & Review - Malum: Part 1 by Amo Jones

Malum Part One (The Elite King's Club book 4), an all new dark romance by Amo Jones is NOW LIVE!

“Love is savage, love is blind, love is something they may not find…” Once upon a time, there was a young girl who lived in a battered trailer, a girl from the wrong side of the tracks. One day, she fell down The Elite Kings’ rabbit hole. Sucked into a dark vortex of lies, hate, and deceit, and spat out by money, glitz, and power. There were things this little girl didn’t know, things she was about to find out and secrets that have been kept from her. Those secrets were guarded by the boys that were about to smash her world open and tear it all apart… He may be a Malum, but she is a Stuprum, born into this world but neglected by the choice of her mother. Her eyes may not glisten with stars, but they roar with fire, and when she finally reaches her peak, it’s that same fire that will burn. Them. All. Down. My name is Tillie Stuprum, and my story is not like the rest. Everything she thought she knew is a fabricated version of the truth. I’m Nate Riverside-Malum, the one your girl whispers about to her friends and whose initials are scratched down your back. Her story is not like the rest of them, because her story is dead.

Review

How do you even begin to review a book that f**ked your head and your heart so hard?

I seriously don't even know where to begin. Malum: Part 1 destroyed me in ways I never imagined and still has me reeling hours after finishing it. How my heart is still intact after reading this book is beyond me. I am heartbroken, numb and just confused AF after finishing this heart-wrenching story that will no doubt stay with me for a long time.

I'm literally just sitting here, sifting in my emotions, wanting to feel whole again but right now I feel anything but whole. I am gutted, broken and a whole lot messed up.

Amo Jones I give you major props for taking the Elite King series down a path I never would have seen coming. This series just gets more and more twisted the more you write, but no matter how much you rattle the cage of my emotions and make my heart bleed, I will never stop reading this series. I am addicted and need everything you have to give when it comes to the Elite King's, so bring it, I am more than ready for Malum: Part 2.

What I wasn't ready for was Nate. I thought I knew him but I was wrong. Underneath the sweet, sexy and oh so charming Nate I grew to love is a cold, calculating monster who has no problem disconnecting himself from his emotions if the need arises. It was scary getting to see this side of him I didn't know, but no matter how dark he went, I never could get enough of him. He both scared and exhilarated me just like his gorgeous, pink-haired counterpart, Tillie, who he loved to hate and hated to love.

Some of the greatest love stories start off with hate and that hate eventually morphs into love and Nate and Tillie were no exception to this. Or so I thought. Their story started off sweet when they first got together in the series but all good things must come to an end and when it did, every pure and sweet thing Nate felt for Tillie morphed into hate and their relationship quickly became a nightmare. A nightmare I should have wanted out of but no matter how much Nate hurt Tillie, I couldn’t hate him. Does that make me twisted? Probably. But it’s Nate, you can’t say no to this man. You’ll learn this quickly if you haven’t already.

Nate is as confusing as they come but no matter how much you try to resist him, he will win you over just like he won over Tillie when he first met her. Their love story was a story for the books until everything went awry but Jones gave me hope. Things eventually started to get better between the two and I really thought we were getting somewhere with them until Amo Jones stepped in and pulled the rug out from under my feet, reminding me that there is no such thing as fairytales in the world of the Elite King's. In their world, everything is dark and sinister just like them.

No one gets into their world if they don't want you there. Tillie is no exception to this and is only accepted into their world because Nate wants her there but one thing you must understand about their world is that nothing is black and white and I mean nothing. I had to learn this very quickly when I first stepped into their world.

Everything the Elite King’s do is for a reason. Nothing happens in their world without them knowing. There is a rhyme and a reason for everything in their world, but beware, because once you step into the world of the Elite King's you may never come out so proceed with caution.

Nothing is as it seems down here but I wouldn't change it for the world. I promise you that when you fall down the rabbit hole of the Elite King's, you won't want to leave either, so come join us on the dark side where the men are twisted as they come, but don’t worry, they may be twisted, but they will no doubt leave you wanting more.

Join us. I dare you.

If you haven't already noticed, I am obsessed with this series. OBSESSED! Anyways, I give this beautifully messed up story 5 stars as big as Nate's ego!

Malum: Part 2 can't get here soon enough. *goes to stalk Amo Jones* I need more Nate in my life. #SORRYNOTSORRY
